Privacy and personal data

On this site

• No cookies. The site uses no cookies, visitor counters or advertising trackers, and loads no external scripts or fonts.
• No forms. The site has no form that asks for information.
• Hosting: The site is served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical connection data (e.g. IP address, browser type) to run and protect the site; Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to that.

When you write to us by e-mail

• What you send to iletisim@analitikdanisman.com (name, e-mail address, the content of your message) is used only to reply to you and, if you wish, to notify you when a program in preparation is released.
• Messages are forwarded by Cloudflare's e-mail service and stored in Google's e-mail service (Gmail); the servers of these services are outside Turkey.
• Your data is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties unless required by law.
• Correspondence is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts. If you ask for deletion, everything not subject to a legal retention obligation is deleted.

The programs

This site only presents the programs; sales, trials and downloads are on each program's own site. How a program and its site process personal data is described on that site's privacy page (e.g. analitikasistan.com/en/privacy; analitikyonetim.com/gizlilik, in Turkish).

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to iletisim@analitikdanisman.com; you will receive an answer within 30 days at the latest.
